Demand Center Services Portal, originally called GMSS Portal, enables Marketing Shared Services to service and support its marketing activities quickly, seamlessly and effectively. It enables you to bundle all related marketing activities in to a single request kit to track activities together.
Requesters wanted a dashboard feel, with an easy to use interface so that users would not become overwhelmed with content and options. During group testing it was pointed out that marketers wanted more color and an overall similarity to oracle.com.
