Creation of a new HTML internal sendmail template system to be used globally throughout the company. We began by evaluating existing communications to understand the most common types of content. We ultimately provide a flexible system of components and templates, allowing users to customize templates as needed. We created over 30 coded HTML templates addressing single announcements, newsletters, and events, a library of sized images and icons, all made easily accessible on Confluence. The system also provides a framework to better support custom designs for high priority corporate initiatives.
